We have accounts with USPS and FedEx and offer self-service label generation online.

USPS is faster but also requires Flat Rate Boxes. FedEx is easier as you can use any size box.

Plus – At no point with our labels will you never need to weigh or measure your package!

DO I HAVE TO USE YOUR SHIPPING LABELS?

No! We can reimburse you (up to what we would have originally paid) for shipping. This reimbursement will be applied to your final payment after your LCD’s have been tested.

HOW SHOULD I PACKAGE THE LCDS?

This is probably one of the most important and overlooked, aspects of the entire process. We highly recommend loosely wrapping your LCDs in stacks of 5 or 10 in anti-static bubble wrap. Layer both the bottom and tops of your box with more bubble wrap. The LCDs should be packed securely, but not “stuffed”, the box. Too much pressure can damage the LCDs during transit! WILL YOU SEND A PREPAYMENT?

Yes, we will send 30% (max $1000) of the initial invoice total to you before your LCDs ever leave your shop! The Prepayment is deducted from your final total. Paypal will charge you a fee for this transaction.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET PAID?

Testing times vary; please check with your account manager for our current estimated pipeline times.

CAN I SELL NON-WORKING SCREENS TO YOU AND DO THEY HAVE TO BE PACKAGED DIFFERENTLY?

Please check with your account manager for low-yield, or “rejected” buyback compensation prices. Low yield markets fluctuate and change rapidly. We almost never accept only low yield shipments, if your shipment is over 90% bad we may have to bill back shipping costs. Please discuss with your account rep for details.

ARE THE PRICE BIDS NEGOTIABLE?

No, our price bids are firm. We do exhaustive market research daily with the sole intent of getting you the highest payouts possible. Many other companies use our price bids as a benchmark.

WHAT IF I BELIEVE THE REJECTED LCDS YOU RETURNED TO ME WERE NOT THE SAME ONES I SENT?

Every order is kept separate and meticulously labeled and handled. From the time your box arrives at our facility, it is logged, LCDs are counted, and your box is placed in line for testing. Your LCDs are never combined, added to, or tested with, another order. We HIGHLY recommend using stickers, blacklight pens, or anything else you can think of, to uniquely mark your LCDs. This way you have peace of mind knowing your LCDs are your LCDs.

WHY ARE MY RESULTS DIFFERENT FROM WHEN I TESTED THE LCDS AT MY SHOP?

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE BROKEN LCD SCREENS?

We test them, then we break them down in our refurbishing labs for re-manufacturing. These newly refurbished screens are sent back to repair shops to sell to your customers!
